My new favorite shirt.

I've just ordered it, and can't wait for it to arrive!
Here's what it says:

I mean, seriously. Hillary Duff. That is just not pretty, sweetheart.
Mariah Carey- I've got your back, girl. Yes your "dress" on NYE was tacky as all get out, but you are a BEAUTIFUL woman, no matter how voluptuous (or skankified, or ghetto) you become.

Let's leave some room for my daughter, who is going to tall and muscular like her momma. Yes, I know I am fat NOW, but I was never *thin*, even at my thinnest. In high school I wore a size 12, and weighed 170lbs- and I was perfect! Not one ounce overweight.

I am so sick of it. Sometimes America just plain sucks.

Pizza

Jay Leno gave me a new favorite quote last night: "Pizza is like sex. I mean, even if it's bad pizza- it's still PIZZA!"

I could stand some pizza right now!

Meanwhile

Jacob wants a picture of "Me hiding behind ALL the engines!"
Here are my best efforts:

Nope- we need just a few more (Sadly, this probably isn't half of them)

Man. I've gotta buy this poor kid some trains! :-S

It doesn't get any more "Lucy" than this

Here we have her first pair of heels:

Which go nicely with a filty face, and a wet shirt (from a swiped Coke, no doubt) on her pair of hand-me-down camoflauge pajamas! Check out the hair- the remnants of yesterday's pigtails. :o)

"My morning isn't complete without torturing the puppy a little!"

"CHEESE!"

Aaaah! The Diva glasses- the finishing touch. "I've got my keys- let's go to the mall!"

FINALLY!

You can see the paint stained floor in my office.
I finally got wrapped and boxed up all of the christmas stuff. Now it is sitting in a neat pile waiting for Cotton to put it in the attic!
Yay me!

Yea, and?

I just don't see anything wierd about any of these! Lol!

2. A tornado warning siren is your signal to go out in the yard and look for a funnel.

3. You've ever had to switch from "heat" to "A/C" in the same day.

(who doesn't do that?)

(who needs the ocean?)

10. You listen to the weather forecast before picking out an outfit.

If Lucy had been first

She may have been an only child.
Everything is SUCH a challenge with this girl! Aaaargh!

I can't turn my back for 2 seconds, or she will be doing one or more of the following: climbing on the table, stripping, making a mess on the floor, swiping my soda, climbing over the bar to look for candy in the cabinets, lathering her entire body in handsoap, BITING the puppy, pinching Jacob, swiping Jacob's toys, running away from me at the grocery store, chasing birds at the park, biting every apple in the fruit bowl and then chunking them on the floor, drawing on the wall, clicking every icon on the computer, pulling every last book/DVD off of the shelf...UUUUuuuugggghhh!

That's all I can think of for now. She has done every one of these at least twice in the last 3 days.

Don't get me wrong. I ADORE my baby. She can be twice as sweet as sugar, and very entertaining. I just wish that she would be, ummm... a little less difficult for like an hour a day. Just long enough for me to have lunch without having to jump up and intervene every 2 minutes.

I told Cotton today- if she had been first, there is a good chance she would've been an only. Or at least an only until she went to school.
And if she acted the way Jacob did as a baby, we would probably have another one, or one on the way!

His only comment was a heartfelt "Thanks, Lucy!"

Gotta run, she's up from her nap. Lord help me!

Hi Mom!

My friend Mom has joined us in the blogging world. ;o)
She is the newest, and topmost, link to adorn my page.

Yes, it really is my mom. Yes, she really is a birdbrain!

"Honey, don't freak out, but...

I am on my way to the Emergency room."
WHAAAT!?
You just started your "safe" job. He has gone 6yrs without having to visit the hospital. Now he pulls this stunt?
So here's the lowdown- he got hit in the back of the head by a mentally ill man, and has a big lump and a bruised muscle. He'll live.
Workers comp hooked him up with lots of nice pain meds. lol! He may be sore in the morning, but right now he is sleeping like a log.

Love you Honey. Please let this be your worst injury ever!

since we're having fun...

How about just a couple more?

I just love his smile...

And his too...

Got some good ones of Lucy too, but they aren't on the computer yet. :o)

EEEEK!!!

Here is what Jacob and I do while Lucy naps!

Yes, there is a purpose to these pictures, but it is long and boring... just laugh and let them be a mystery! ;o)

Another resolution

This one was too cute not to share!

In the year 2006 I resolve to:

Spend more time snuggling puppies.

Get your resolution here

If I could get the little bitch- yea I said it. Vixen is a little bitch! Anyway, if I could get her to stop biting all the time, this one would be so true.
Why oh why is my puppy so psycho? She thinks she has to eat everything that moves. Those tiny little teeth hurt way more than big teeth. I am tempted to wrap a rubber band around her snout, Steve Irwin style.
And while we are on the topic- I'd like to thank my 2 bestest friends for stealing stuff off of my blog. You thieves. Jeez.
You should resolve to come up with your own blog crap in 2006! ;o)

New Bras are a girl's best friend!

That's right- NEW BRAS!
Momma got 4 new bras today. I won't even get into how much I spent on them. When you reach a certain size, they just don't come cheap. But it's all worth it- the girls are gonna be sittin' pretty from now on!

Pictures soon to come! KIDDING! I wouldn't do that to you, Dad! :o)

Brooks

Shut up.
I ain't askeered of no Puerto Ricans!

And now I understand why you always called yourself annoying. I get it- so SHUT UP!

And please- stay away from the gummy bears. For the sake of my sanity. :o)

After tonight...

our lives will be so much different!

This is Cotton's last night on patrol. Starting Tuesday morning, he will be a "desk cop." Working banker's hours, wearing a suit and tie.
I feel so bad for him. He loves being a cop. It is in his bones, he is driven to "do good." I know that a part of his heart is breaking. He brought his squad car home tonight to show the kids one last time. (Oh my God I am tearing up over here!) he said- "After tonight Daddy won't have a police car anymore." I think that he is really losing something, and he doesn't realize it yet.

Of course- this change in position is wonderful. He will get to spend so much more time with us. We can have a "normal" family life- dinner together every night, weekend activities, SLEEPING IN BED TOGETHER at night!
It is an honor to be chosen for the position. It is good for advancement in his career. It is SAFER! than being on the street hunting bad guys all night.

Part of me wonders if I robbed this man. I was so careful not to push him to put in for this position. I wanted it to be his choice. Family comes first, of course- but a career- a calling- is something you can't deny. He was only on the street for... ummm... 5 years at the current dept, plus 2 years at his first, maybe? Was that long enough? Did he get to enjoy it?

Not to mention- Jacob absolutely LOVES police and police cars. he is over the moon that his daddy drives a police car to work, and that he gets to "drive" it sometimes, too. I know that if nothing else, taking away that excitement and pride that Jacob feels is heartbreaking for him.

I am so happy to get him to myself, and to know that he is so much safer- but I am so sad right now. I am so sad that I am crying. :o(
What have I done? (and did *I* even do it?)

More Christmas

Here are my little darlings on Christmas Eve, sporting their custom overalls that were made by ME! :o)

The 3 of us in our pajamas Christmas morning:

Wrestling with Grampa Christmas afternoon. Yes, we were still in our pj's- I was busy, darnit!

Miss Thang tending to her new baby in her new stroller:

Peek-A-Boo!

Oooh- I like this baby better!
(And can you believe the sleeveless dress the day after christmas? Gotta love Texas weather!)

And miss Vixie digging into her and Toby's stocking. Toby was outside- he was acting like a punk!

I hope everyone's holiday was as wonderful as ours!

Our Christmas

was GREAT!
The kids got exactly what they wanted. I got to buy my sweet hubby lots of good stuff, and he bought me some really awesome gifts, too.
Everyone got along so well, it was a Christmas miracle!

On to the pics:
Jacob's entire Christmas revolved around this blue 4 wheeler. He has been talking about the darn thing since before Thanksgiving! I know he isn't *really* smiling in a single picture- but he was having an absolute BLAST! He was so sweet about giving his little sister a ride, too.
Every time they would stop, she would yell "Ready? GO!" Lol! She was scaring me to death, though. She refused to hold on- little miss daredevil.

I know she looks terrified here, but she is actually saying "Wheeeee!"

And then, of course, Lucy needed her own 4 wheeler. Or as she calls it her "Cycle (sickle)." Yes, that is Dora on it. Of course!

More pictures to come in a few... gotta put this little sleeping baby down in her bed. :o)

A little pity party...

I think there is a good possibilty that I am turning into my beloved mother. Or at least I am coming to realize how she has felt for many years.
Mom- THANK YOU for always slaving away in the kitchen, evey holiday. Thank you for keeping a cherful face when you were so tired and crabby that you would rather just slap us all and take a nap. Thank you for doing it every year, even though no one ever appreciated it. I did, and do. Now that I have hosted a couple of holidays- I am amazed that you did it alone, with a smile, so many times.

Can I whine a teeny bit? Of course I can- it's my blog!
I was SO tired after Christmas- I kept falling asleep in random places yesterday. At one point I woke up and found myself on Jacob's bedroom floor, alone. I am guessing that we were playing, and I passed out, so he left. Lol- poor kiddo. I fell asleep several times sitting up on the couch.
Cotton got up and told me to take a nap, but I wouldn't, so he took me out to dinner. :o) Thanks, Butt-head. He knows how to cheer me up- MEXICAN FOOD!

Anyway.... back on track here... being tired was the least of my bitching. What bothered me the most was working so hard to make sure the house was clean and comfy, the food was cooked and delicious, the gifts were bought and wrapped and thoughtful... and nobody thought it necessary to thank me. Or act appreciative in the least.
Okay- to be honest- Mom and Dad were great. I do not need to hear the actual words "Thank you oh Goddess of Christmas for slaving in the kitchen for us." Mom helping me tidy up, and Dad complimenting my cooking while he gobbled away his meal was good for my heart.
But the rest of them... well. I just wanted a simple thanks. If not for my effort, then maybe for the gifts. That would have been nice- considering I also worked my ass off finding gifts that everyone would *hopefully* really like.

I am usually not so "needy," I don't crave attention or praise. I am really not sure why I am so bothered this year, Maybe because it is my first year to do a holiday for the family. I haven't been that physically tired in a very long time! Yet everyone ignored me, never once mentioned that things were nice, or that my food smelled fabulous, or that the gifts were perfect. :sigh:

So... I'll end this sob story- and get to the good stuff. As far as MY family goes, this was our best Christmas ever! Pics and happy stuff soon to come! :-D

He'll never guess!

Aside from the fact that Jacob already told Daddy that we got him a fishing pole- I mean.
How the hell are you supposed to wrap one of these things? 6 foot long and only centimeters wide.
I had to share- every time I look at this gift I just crack up!

Meet Vixen!

We got her last night. Can't you just smell the puppy breath?

After a thorough check up by Dr. Jacob, she was declared fit...

A boy in love. The grape juice girl long forgotten...

The other boy really likes her too! They chased each other around the house, barked at each other from their crates, and sniffed each other all night.

I think at this point we can honestly say that our family is complete! I was up all night with this crying baby. Poor thing! She ended up in bed with me at around 4AM, I couldn't keep my eyes open any longer. Cotton came home and kinda panicked "Where's the puppy!?" I just pointed behind my back and passed back out. He took her to potty, then brought her "Back to bed with momma." Awww!
Don't get used to it, Vixie. My bed is quite full, thanks. And you-little darling- will weigh 60lbs before we know it! At which point you will not fit nicely sprawled across my neck!

I have to brag a bit: She's got quite the nose on her. This morning after her potty, she sniffed the air, let out a little yelp and ran straight to the pantry, where she promptly tried to climb into the bag of puppy chow! I see a good little hunting dog in the making!

And yes. She is named after a reindeer. She is a Christmas present to the whole family, and I am cheesy as hell. Her brother, who is living quite close to us at Uncle BJ's house, is named Blitz. Short for Blitzen. :-D

2 AM sugar HIGH!!!

I have been baking cookies for my super sweet neighbors tonight.
I had planned to do choco chip, peanut butter drops, and oatmeal- but after making the first 2, I'm hot and tired.
Love the neighbors- But they can deal with a little less variety in their cookie tin! Lol!
So- I've snuck a little dough here and there, several hershey kisses, a couple of sodas- and I'm a bit wired.
Odd, though, because my bloodstream probably consists of about 75% sugar and caffiene anyway. I shouldn't be affected by this small amount!
Maybe I'm just high on holiday cheer! WooHoo!

I am SO done with Christmas shopping. I thought I was done yesterday, but nope. Today I had to put together "new puppy baskets" for everyone that is getting a new puppy via us: Father in law, brother in law, and the teenager next door.
Cotton is such a softie! While he was shopping for ME tonight, he bought 4 little collars, 4 little leashes, and a HUGE bag of puppy food to split between the 4 babies. I then ran to my second home (Wal-mart) and added a few chew toys, rawhide bones, and rope bones to the mix.
Then, I felt bad that I was giving the kid next door a gift basket, so I decided to make his parents a big tin of cookies.
I had planned to make lots of cookie baskets originally, but crap happens. I am now giving cookies ONLY to the neighbors. And myself, of course.

Cotton and Jacob went shopping for my Christmas gifts tonight. So far Jacob has leaked 2 gifts: slippers and a watch. I *strongly* suspect that the watch will be one of those rubber numbers, with a cartoon character on it.
Jacob was the one who decided I needed a watch, he has been talking about buying me one for days-My sweet little man! I told Daddy that we should let Jacob pick gifts for all of us this year- so that he can truly experience the whole joy of giving thing. He got me a watch, Lucy a set of Dora dishes, and several gifts for Daddy that we won't mention here! ;o)

**** we are not surprising anyone but FIL with the puppies. BIL and the kid next door both know about them and want them. FIL has been talking about getting a lab for months.
You should NEVER give a puppy or kitten as a gift, without knowing for absolute certain that the giftee is ready for the responsibilty! /social conscience disclaimer ****

Bank update...

They called at around 3:30 to tell me my money was back in my account. Thank goodness.
I am still not happy about how they handled it, but the end result is acceptable.

bad, BAD credit union...

I sent Cotton to the ATM this morning, to withdraw $200. He called me and said that the ATM malfunctioned, and it shows out balance to be $14!
Well- according to my calculations (which are ALWAYS exactly right- I am anal about our money- what little we have), we had $214 in the bank.
The ATM didn't give him any money, but debited the $200 he asked for!
He went into the branch, and they said "We don't show a record of a $200 withdrawal, your balance is $14." Mutha ^%&*ers!
And then they sent him to the main branch.
Main branch confirms that his story is *probably* true (after all- they can see the reciept that says "machine malfunctioned," and they can see every transaction on our account), and say that they will file a report and we *should* get our money back in 10 business days. HELLO? ASSWADS! We only have $14 now! We cannot wait 10 business days. He told tham that nothing will be acceptable other than having $200 back in our account by 5PM.
Cotton opened this account in 1996. His paychecks have been directly deposited into it for almost 10yrs.

Is it just me, or should they be doing a little more to help a loyal customer of 10 years? I don't care if they have to eat the $200. It was not our mistake. They are a bank. They have money. Freaking give us some, and if/when you find OUR $200- feel free to keep it. Jerks.
I am beyond furious. I have been shaking and crying. They are not handling this problem. I have a sick child, and no money to take him to the doctor. Cotton is supposed to take the kids out while I have bunko tonight, on the $10 in his pocket. I still have Christmas gifts to buy. :o(
I have several bills directly debited from our account, or I would have told him to close the damn thing today and tell them to screw themselves. If they can't treat long time customers any better than this, they don't deserve our business. I will start the long, tedious process of switching banks after Christmas. CCU can live without me, I know. However- any other bank would be happy to have us. And treat us better, I am sure.

Crushes...

We all have them, right? I absolutely drool over Bo Bice.
Cotton likes, well... lots of ladies.
Lucy has her absolute fascination with "D'ago." (Diego, Dora's cousin) Maybe that's not a "crush," but it sure is fun to tease Daddy about it! She asks for Diego from the time she wakes up until she goes to bed- and he's only on twice a day! (Sidebar: please keep your eyes open for Diego dvd's and merchandise for this lovestruck toddler! They are hard to find.)
So who was left out? My little man, of course.
Well... not anymore.
You know that precious little Welch's grape juice girl? With the long, dark pigtails? What a cutie.
Well, she was on TV today- pushing her "40 concord grapes in every glass," and Jacob was entranced. When the commercial ended, he says to me "I like that grape juice girl. She's pretty."
Whoa! He has never called anyone pretty (except for me with a nudge from Daddy).
Isn't 3.5 a little young to be scoping out chicks? Every time that commercial comes on, Jacob stops what he's doing to watch her!
My crazy, jealous mom-monster hasn't come out yet! Lol! I guess I'll save that for a "real" girlfriend, and not a crush.

And speaking of crushes- remind me not to tell Cotton when one of his work buddies shows up at my door looking extra hot! Geeez! As if he hasn't been telling me about hot girls he sees, pulls over, or has wait on his table for the past 6 years! :oP
Honestly, I must say, I am thoroughly enjoying this jealous streak, and intend to milk it for all it's worth! Teehee!

Dr Phil?

So we were getting dressed to go grab a bite the other night. I put Lucy in black velour warm up with a leopard collar. Jacob walks in and says "Momma! Lucy's Dr Phil!" Me: "Huh? Oh yeah?" J: "She's Dr Phil, and she's got a show to do."
Okay. This is wierd for many reasons. I don't watch Dr Phil. Dr Phil doesn't wear black velour or leopard print (that I know of). How does my kid know there is a Dr Phil, and furthermore- that he does a show?

I LOVE having a 3 year old! He says so many things that keep me laughing. "Dr Phil" has had me spontaniously bursting into fits of giggles for 3 days now.

Thanks, Honey!

They were in the pocket of my jacket. Not the leather jacket that I wear almost every day- and checked several times.
Nope- the Nike jacket that I have put on, like... once this winter. I am still missing another set. The found set would be the ones I've been using ever since the first pair got hung in the closet with the Nike jacket.
Oh well- at least I've got wheels again! Bank, post office, grocery store: look out! Here I come!
(I have a very exciting life, no?)

AAAAARGH!!!!

Where the hell are my car keys!?!?!
I have 2 sets. Both have vanished into thin air! I've been looking for them all freaking day.
We missed a doctor's appointment, and I needed to go the the bank, the post office, and the grocery store! CRAP!
I'm going nuts!

How to lose your mind in under an hour...

well, if you are lucky. We were.
We took 6 kids: 1 3yo, 2 almost 2yo's, one newborn, and 2 babies in their 20's to get Christmas portraits done.
The studio took us in fairly on time, they were only running a little bit late. It was no less than 90 degrees in there, and we are all bundled up in sweaters and turtlenecks.
The kids were uncooperative, to say the least. Kelsie pitched a fit, and then fell asleep. Jacob and Lucy fought and wiggled and whined. Abby kept saying "cheese!" But she wouldn't look at the photographer, and Lucy kept yelling "Abby! No cheese!"
We tried to hold suckers behind the photographer's (and I use that title VERY loosely- she was no professional!)head, and then the kids just cried because they wanted the candy NOW!
However, I am actually pretty happy with the end result. Even sweltering studios, bad photogs, candy in the mouths, and cranky moods cannot diminish the beauty of my babies and my sweet nieces.

Christmases past...

2003
When Jacob was my one and only:

2004

Looks like they're having fun, right?

What's new?

Well, nothing.
I spent way too much freaking money on Christmas yesterday. WAY too much, as in I was having a panic attack when I added it all up. Oh well, what can you do? Take it back? Nah. We just won't eat for the week.
Cotton called home last night, and Jacob answered the phone. (if you have called my house recently, you know that Jacob ALWAYS answers the phone) so it rings and Jacob says "Hewwo? Hi Daddy. We got you a new fishing pole!"
I run screaming across the room "NOOOOOO!" But when I grabbed the phone, Cotton was busting a gut, laughing so hard.
So, later- while I was freaking about being broke- he said "I can't be mad at you, you bought me a fishing pole." Guess I know the way to my man's heart.

What else...? I got the Christmas cards done! They are addressed and waiting for stamps. The problem is, I probably can't afford 50 stamps! Lol! I'll manage somehow. The picture is okay. I couldn't manage to get the dog and the kids to cooperate, so Toby got left out. When I got them in yesterday, I realized that Lucy had pulled out her super cute hair bows. So... I made Toby a C-mas bandana, and Lucy "snowman" hair clips for pretty much nothing.

I also got back the big family portraits. They turned out better than expected, I think. Good enough that I had to buy the extras the lab sent. I'll post them in a little bit.

We also have a couple of new additions to the family. There anmes are Boots and Dora, and they aren't what you're expecting. Pics to come, I'll have to wait until they wake up. :o)

Well I survived...

Barely. I have come to the realization that cooking thanksgiving should be a 2 person job. Minimum. Man I am so so so tired.
Dinner was pretty good. The turkey was excellent. The dressing/stuffing was kinda concrete-y, but dad liked it. Lol.
I ate about 3 lbs of green bean casserole. I never even cared for GBC until a couple of years ago, then suddenly it became my favorite holiday staple. Very wierd. Of course, I never really liked it until I made my own, so that could be the difference. I am always the one to make it now. :o)
I am ready to put the little folks to bed, and let my head hit the pillow. They have different ideas, of course.

Guess I should blog...

I have such a hard time keeping up these days.
Thanksgiving is at my house tomorrow. The turkey is in the brine, my pies were delivered this evening (NO- I am not making pies. I scammed them off of the mother in law, I have enough to cook already!). The house is fairly clean, I'll finish that later. All of the ingredients for everything else are lined up on the kitchen counter. When I wake up tomorrow morning- I will settle into work mode.
What else... I have bought 1 of Jacob's 2 huge Christmas presents- his train table- and a couple of holiday edition trains to go with it. :-D We are having a hard time hunting down the exact 4 wheeler for him. Cotton won't "settle" for a different one. Lucy's DORA 4 wheeler is secure in layaway until I absolutely have to bring it home. Those things are hard to hide! Now I have to think of something else "big" for my princess. Hmm... I'm considering an Elmo that knows her name. The only thing is, I can get lots of talking Elmo's for less than $40. They just wouldn't say her name.

We went round 1 with Christmas portraits. The entire family, including brother in law and his wife and girls, were supposed to attend this shoot. Instead, it was just Jacob and Lucy. Oh well- I got a couple of good shots. We are rescheduled for round 2 next week. Fun fun fun.

I still haven't taken the picture for Christmas cards. I have to coordinate Cotton being here to handle the dog with a somewhat overcast day- so that i can get the PERFECT picture! Wish me luck.

Confession: I already ate 1/4 of the chocolate cake. Is that bad? As long as my family gets pumpkin and pecan they should be happy, right? I deserve a little treat for doing all of this by myself! A little chocolate pie, and then the coconut cream one later sounds about fair. :o)

The pics won't load for some reason- so I'll put them on later.

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

SENTANCES and POTTYING!

How could I forget to post about my BIG girl!
She has peed in the potty a bunch of times, and hates to wear a diaper. I am hitting a roadblock though, because Cotton keeps diapering her and putting her in 1 piece outfits that she can't get out of. He cannot stand for her to run around nakie! That is how we got Jacob potty trained! AArrgh!
So the other night she was pulling at diaper off, yelling "Po-eee," so I took her. After 2 rounds of the "itsy bitsy spider" she POOPED! Oh my God! I was happy dancing all over the house. she is SO ready for this- but her momma just doesn't know how to help her.

This morning we were sitting at the table eating breakfast with Daddy. Lucy asks "Jacob?" Jacob is asleep honey. "Jacob (blah, blah, blah) night night?" Yes, he is night night. "Jacob (mooga, mooga) Waffles?" Jacob can eat waffles when he wakes up. then she lifts her fork up and waves it in Daddy's face, and declares "SPOON!" Lol. Close, Baby girl.

Last night Jacob was crying in his room after getting in trouble, and Lucy kept going to his door and listening. Then she would come back to me and ask "Jacob okay, Momma?" So sweet!

Okay, I realize that for some- a 2 word sentance that contains an unintelligible word is not a big deal, but WOW! Not to mention all the new words she is coming up with every day. I am blown away. :o) My little baby is growing up on me. Talking is the one thing she has kind of dragged her feet on, and now she is starting to really do it!

Thank goodness she still needs to be cuddled to sleep, or my poor heart would be breaking. My babies are growing up so fast!

I know, I am boring lately...

More boring than usual. I have not had anything to write about.
We went to the pumpkin patch one last time- got some GREAT pictures of Jacob. Finally!
As I was showing them to Cotton, he says "you do know we have 2 kids, right?" Ummm... does he not realize how many pictures I take of the baby? Lol. Trust me, honey, she is well represented and documented on film.
I got some new photo editing software, and have been playong with it a bit- feeling my way around. Some masterpieces are soon to come! I have been playing with collages, what fun! I made a couple, but now I wonder how to print them. They are 8.5 X 11. I don't know if I can get photos that size- and resizing them is not proving very helpful. Anywaaaaay... we'll see.
