Because I am cool enough to blog my food, too. Heehee.
Not that it's a special dish, or that I am particualraly proud of it in any way- but in a show of solidarity, and because I made fun of her- I promised Shannon I would blog whatever I cooked yesterday!
It was actually quite yummy, though. I got the sauce just *perfect*. I can't wait for the leftovers!
